What can I do in the web account?
View bikes, passports, components, service history and documents; choose or manage a subscription. Add and edit bike information in the mobile app.
Does Bike ID record GPS?
Bike ID does not run a GPS tracker. Add completed rides manually or import GPX files. Strava connection depends on provider authorization and setup.
Is the passport available offline?
The mobile app keeps a saved passport for offline viewing. Sign in online first to synchronize it.
Purchase date or registration date?
Enter the purchase date when adding a bike. Bike ID sets registration when the bike and frame serial are saved. A transfer preserves the original registration date.
How do I change my subscription?
Open Subscription in your account. Manage billing opens the secure Stripe portal for card updates, plan changes and cancellation. Store subscriptions are managed through the store.
Are resource estimates a guarantee?
No. Conditions, maintenance and damage affect wear. Inspect safety-critical parts and check chain wear manually.
