Document preparation: operator identity, support contact, retention periods and provider disclosures must be finalized before public operation.

What data is used

Account data: name, email, password hash, phone verification and active devices. Bike details: Bike ID, frame number, parameters, photos, components, maintenance and uploaded documents. The market uses advertisements, selected public photos, messages, blocking and complaints. Settings, permissions, and minimal security logs are also saved.

Objectives and reasons

Data is used for account operation and selected functions, fulfillment of contractual obligations, fraud prevention and security. Optional permissions and connections are enabled at your discretion. The legal basis of each operation and the necessary regional conditions must be secured by the operator before launch. Promotional mailings require a separate reason and opportunity to opt-out.

Country, city and map

When opening registration, the country and possible city are suggested by device region and IP address; redefinition is available in settings. The IP definition provider sees your IP address. The country and city can be specified manually. Bike ID does not maintain its own continuous GPS record. Map providers receive network requests to display the selected area.

Who can see the information?

Public check reveals limited information about the bike and its status. The full passport is available to the owner and authorized participants by role. The workshop receives access only with the permission of the owner. When the bike is handed over to the buyer, the passport, components, maintenance and documents are transferred to the buyer; Before transferring, check and remove unnecessary personal information from the files. Personal Strava history is not shared with the purchaser.

Providers and international transmission

Selected features may use email, SMS, push, payment, Strava, geo and map providers. They receive only the data needed by the corresponding function. Connected providers, processing countries and international transmission protection measures must be listed by the operator prior to launch. We do not claim that the data necessarily remains in the user's country.

Storage and disposal

You can delete your account in the security section. Access and sessions are terminated; personal contacts and unnecessary data are removed or minimized. Passport transfer history, Service records and minimal frame registry information may be retained for historical integrity, to prevent re-registration and legal requirements. The periods for storing, deleting backup copies and processing requests must be set by the operator before launch.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, retrieval of information, access and download of data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, opposition, portability and withdrawal of consent are available. Export, password change, session recall and account deletion are available in the application. For other requests, use the operator's contact. You have the right to contact the authorized data protection authority; mandatory local rights remain.

Permissions and security

The camera is used for QR and photos, the selected files are for documents and images. Push is enabled with your permission. Saved passports are available offline; on a shared device, clear copies and log out of your account. Workshop access and Strava connectivity can be revoked. No service can guarantee absolute security; report incidents to the operator.
